Rules were set for Netball !

1. 5 minutes of grace . Starting from 6th mintues = 1st mintue , half third sprints . Continue counting untill arrived . Only accept acceptable excuse ( This sentence looks weird ! ) . Person who's late doesn't have to do but the whole team do . ( This really will make the person who's late guilty ! )
   
2. If never bring bottle or towel , 20 crunches each .


3. If never take out earrings , 20 push ups for each earring counted . Ear sticks acceptable .


4. Never bring Journal , 5 jumping jet .


5. Must have sense of urgency for everything .
