training was fun ..
but
tiring also ..
don't like the sprinting part ..
everytime sprint liao

ran 1.8km for warm-up ..
then only a few metres going to finish
mrs ismail called crs and alyssa
they are just infront of me ..
then i thought of going to run and tell cheryl

mission failed..
when going to finished
she asked serena if she is interested in joining the green --- derr ..
